User Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, TrueRPM provides users with full control over their personal data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated operational data at any time without needing to reinstall the mobile application.
How to submit a deletion request:
- Send an email directly to support@truerpm.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the registered email address associated with your TrueRPM account.
Upon receiving your request, all account records, user logs, and saved calculation metrics will be permanently scrubbed from our cloud databases within 30 days.
