Questions worth asking before you install
Do you sell my cost data to brokers or load boards?
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your cost per mile, load history, or financial inputs with brokers, load boards, advertisers, or data aggregators — and there's no advertising business here that would give us a reason to. Your data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. To be straight with you: that's strong protection against outsiders, but it isn't end-to-end encryption. Like any app with an account and cloud sync, the operator can technically access stored records — we do that only to fix a bug or answer a support request you've raised. The privacy policy lists exactly what's collected and why.
Does it work in a dead zone?
Yes. The calculation engine runs on the device, so you can price a load standing at a shipper with no bars. History and settings sync when you're back on signal.
How is this different from a free spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet gives you a number. TrueRPM gives you a decision and a counter-offer, on a phone, in about five seconds, with a broker on the line. It also converts rate per mile into net per day using your actual pickup and delivery dates — the number that decides whether the week worked, and the one spreadsheets almost never show. Can I try it before paying?

How do I cancel, and how do I delete my account?
Cancel a subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions — no email to us required. To delete your account and data, use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or submit the form at truerpm.app/delete-account. Deletion is permanent.
