Support

TrueRPM is run by one person who has actually been behind the wheel. Emails get read and answered — not routed into a queue.

Common questions

My subscription isn't showing as active

Open the app, go to Settings, and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account that bought the subscription — that's the cause about nine times out of ten, usually a personal vs. business Google account mix-up.

If it still won't restore, email us your Google Play order number (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history) and we'll fix it manually.

How do I cancel, and will I lose access immediately?

Cancel in Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TrueRPM → Cancel subscription. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

You keep Premium through the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — a lot of people learn that the expensive way.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds for app store purchases are issued by the store, not by us. Request one at Google Play order history or through Apple's Report a Problem page. If the reason is something broken on our end, email us first — we'll document it so your request has support behind it.

What number should I put in for cost per mile?

Take your last three months of total operating expenses — fuel, insurance, truck and trailer payments, maintenance and tire reserve, plates and permits, ELD, parking, your own wage — and divide by total miles run in that period, deadhead included. That figure is your real cost per mile.

Tolls are the exception: enter them per load rather than folding them into CPM, since an I-95 run and a Kansas run are not the same trip. If you don't have those records handy, the free cost-per-mile worksheet walks each line item. Don't use an industry average; it will be wrong for your truck in both directions.

Where does "trip duration" come from?

From the pickup and delivery dates you enter. That's what converts a rate per mile into a net profit per day — the number that decides whether a week worked. Two loads at the same RPM are not the same load if one of them costs you an extra day sitting on a live unload.

Does it work with no cell service?

Yes. Calculations run on the device, so you can price a load standing at a dock with no bars. History and settings sync once you're back on signal.

I found a bug or the math looks wrong

Send it in — this is the most useful email we get. Include the exact inputs you used (gross, accessorial, loaded miles, deadhead, tolls, dates, CPM, daily goal), what the app returned, and what you expected. Screenshots help. If the math is wrong, we want to know before the next driver hits it.

When is the iPhone version coming?

It's in progress. If you want to know the day it lands, grab the free worksheet — the launch note goes to that list first.

I want my account and data deleted

Do it in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or submit a request at truerpm.app/delete-account. No app install needed for the web route. Cancel your subscription separately in the Play Store first.
