Delete your TrueRPM account and data

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, permanently, with no explanation required. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Confirm and the account is queued for deletion immediately. No email, no waiting on us.
Send a deletion request
Fill this in and it opens an email to our support address with the details already written. Use the email address the account was created with — that's how we verify it's you.
If the button doesn't open your mail app, email support@truerpm.app with the subject Data Deletion Request and your account email address in the body.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- We verify the request came from the registered account email.
- Data is removed from live systems within 30 days of verification.
- Residual copies are purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.
What gets deleted, and what doesn't

Two things to handle first.
1. Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your TrueRPM account does not cancel Google Play billing. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TrueRPM. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
2. Export anything you need. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore an account afterwards. Premium users can export load history to CSV in the app before requesting deletion.
